HELLO! Do you know what is my Favourite Magazine? It is 'Winx Club Magazine '.

I did not miss out any of the issues ( 1 to 12 ) for the last series. It had been stopped publishing for quite sometime and i couldn't wait for the new series to come back.

This month, Winx Club magazine is back! I am so glad. Every issue would come with a free gift. This time the gift is a 'Winx Magical Diary' and it has key that allows me to lock the diary. I like this wonderful gift.

Flowers at Orchard Road

Today,I went to Orchard Road and suprised to see beautiful flowers along the road side.
It could be because there is currently a World Bank Meeting here in Singapore and understandable if Singapore need the make over .
From the news that I heard,about 20,000 people flew here for the meeting , inclusive journalists, photographers and the delegates from all the World Bank members.
It will be nice if Orchard Road can look this beautiful all year long.
Anyway,I managed to take some photos of the flowers.Enjoy!

Do you know....

Hi, everyone!Does anyone know that there are only 8 planets in our Solar System now?The smallest one,Pluto,was being kicked out! This was decided by The International Astronomical Union on the 24th July 2006. There are 4 reasons:
1)It is too small, even smaller than the moon.
2)It's the furthest planet from the sun.
3)It is the coldest planet with the temperature,-245°C.
4)It is too light.
There used to be a shorthand to remember all the 9 planets' name.It goes like this,"My Very Educated Mother Just Served Us Nine Pizzas"
M=Mercury, V=Venus, E= earth, M=Mars, J=Jupiter, S=Saturn, U=Uranus, N= Neptune & P=Pluto.
But now that Pluto is gone, there are 3 new shorthands to remember,
1) "My Very Evil Mother Just Served Us Nothing".
2) "My Very Educated Mother Just Served Us Nachos".
3) "My Very Educated Mother Just Served Us Noodles."
Funny ! which one do you like ? I like the 3rd one.
Actually, I read about this on the Chinese children newspaper "Thumbs Up", there are more information there. Bye for now ! Ling Yun.

A Good Time

Hi everyone !!! Today is my first time blogging . Now I am going to tell about my September holidays . Firstly , my mother had to pack our bags . The next day , we met my brother's friend ,Haziq . Next , we went to Desaru in Johor . It was a long journey but we made a few side stops .After, a few hours, we reached our destination. The scenery captured our attention. My friends and I were very excited. After checking in,we went for a long swim.After that , we went to the beach to make sandcastles. Dad even bought us ice cream. It was delicious! The next day , we had a very delicious brackfast . Mmmmm!! Sadly , we had to go home . ( I am very sad , I had so much fun .) I would like to thank my alot for all the fun and exciting holidays . ( I LOVE YOU MY PARENTS !!!! )

My first holy commuion!

Hi! everyone, last Sunday, I just had my first Holy Commuion which is the body of Christ at my church ST.ANTONY.Rita is in the same church as me.
During the communion, we had to wear all white. If we were a christian, we had to wear pink.
Some pupils like Rita and me had to do OFFERTORYandtheINTERCESSERY PRAYER.
I did the prayer while Rita did the offertory.
After 2 hours or so we had a celebration as well as pot luck.
Finally the day ended,I went home all smiles

My Cat

Here's a poem that I created in Primary 2. I still remember it. It's really nice.

It is called "My Cat".

Hope you like it!

My cat can fly,

my cat can sing.

My cat can balance

on a string.

My cat can bark,

just like a dog.

My cat does not

like to sleep at all.

My cat is tiny.

It can be hidden in a meal.

It doesn't wake me up at night.

Because it isn't real!

*My "cat" is an imaginary pet. It sure is a great friend! Well, goodbye for now!

Anyone remembers....

Hi, does anyone remember JASTINA? Remember how she used to cheer us up with her HILARIOUS jokes? Remember how some of us keep on calling her JUSTINA? She would then remind us, "My name is Jastina, not Justina."But after a while, she got used to it.She was the only one who accompanied me from P1 to P2. I still remember, on the first day of P2 class, she was the only one I was familiar with. All of you were strangers to me then,I felt so lonely but luckily, I had Jastina with me. Too bad that she had changed her school. I regret for forgeting to keep her contact number. I miss her..... I hope that she is as happy as before. And I really really hope that I can meet her again! So long for now,Ling Yun. I still miss her.......
