Yesterday , 6 of November 2006 , my class and I went to CHRIST CHURCH SECONDARY SCHOOL for rock climbing lessons . I was excited but scared . When we reached there , an instucter taught us how to put on a HARNESS and a HELMET . He also showed us how to tighten the HARNESS and HELMET . After a few people tried , it was SI HAN'S turn . She was the fist person to reach the top . After SI HAN , I was sure that I would not make it to the top . But I told my self that if SI HAN can do it , so can I . So , I steped infornt and put on the belt and climbed the wall . After a few meters , I frozed because I became scared and my body told me that I could not make it , but my soul told me not to give up just because I was scared . So I pused my self up to the top and I made it ! I have to go now , see U guys later .
