Hi everyone! Yesterday, 6th of November, our teacher, Miss Tan brought my class, 3A to Christ Church Secondary School (Gladys' brother's school) for a rock climbling experience. We took a bus there. The ride was very short.

When we reached there, I was amused by the interesting things in the school, like the bird and the fish. Finally, we reached the rock climbing wall. The wall is two-storeys high. The instructor taught us how to put on the harness and helmet. The harness was a bit tricky to put on, but the helmet was easy. After we finished putting on the harness and the helmet, we started climbling the wall. The instructor told us that we must try to climb over the red line. He also challenged us to climb to the top of the wall and touch the metal bar on top. I thought I could, as it looks easy to me. But when it was my turn, I felt nervous.

While I was climbing, my legs and hands were getting tired. My hands started sweating. I was halfway up and I was determined to climb to the top. Eventally I couldn't hold on anymore. The instructor asked me whether I wanted to give up or not. I chose to give up.

Afterwards, we played games with one of the trainer's there. I enjoyed the games thoroughly, especially the cheer called 'everyone dance now'.

Even though I did not reach the top, I had an enjoyable day at Christ Church Secondary School.
